Next LEvel Airsoft Awards in oder of precedence

Awarded to Field Marshals who put their life on the line and display exemplary bravery and courage under extremely dangerous conditions as determined by the board of Directors.

Awarded to Field Marshals for exemplary service and bravery in the line of duty as determined by the board of Directors.

Awarded to Field Marshals that are wounded in the line of duty. Wounded is defined as injury that results in prolonged recovery.

Awarded to Field Marshals who actions rise above the call of duty as determined by the Director of Safety. This award can be earned from a Field Marshals performance at a critical incident, being very proactive, or conducting a very good investigation.

Awarded to those who actively serve in any of the following capacities outside of NLA: military, law enforcement, EMT/paramedic, firefighter, nurse/doctor.

Awarded to those who actively serve as certified NLA instructors.

Awarded to those who actively serve as certified NLA Field Training Officers.

Awarded to those who pass all elective courses and maintain those certifications. 

Awarded to those who have passed all basic training requirements, passed FTO, are off of probation, and serving honorably.
