Reece Rodrigue

Reece Rodrigue has been a Director at NLA since 2020.  Reece works full time in law Enforcement and also serves part time as an officer in the Maine Army National Guard. He graduated from Husson University in 2022 with a master's degree in criminal justice administration. Reece has been involved in hosting airsoft events since 2013 and currently serves as the Executive Director, responsible for overall operations, safety, and administrative functions. 

Assistant Director of Events

Parker Robitaille has been a Director at NLA since 2020.  Parker works full time for the Walmart Distribution Center. and previously worked for BIW. Parker has been an avid airsoft player since 2014, and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Events, responsible for game mode design and event planning and coordination. 

Assistant Director of Operations

Sabin Oliver has been a Director at NLA since 2020. Sabin works full time for Walmart Distribution Center. Sabin has been an avid airsoft player since 2013, and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Operations, responsible for assisting with overall company operations and events. Sabin is also responsible for NLA equipment and weapons.

Assistant Director of Field Functions

Cam Langlois has been a Director at NLA since 2021.  Cam works full time.  He graduated from the University of Maine in 2025 with a degree in Engineering. Cam has been playing airsoft since 2017 and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Field Functions, responsible for field design and maintenance.
